- Contacting Grosfillex Sales Representatives: On one or more pages, visitors who are retailers that are interested in any of the product lines Grosfillex has to offer may submit personally identifiable information about their company to request that Grosfillex sales representatives contact them to discuss particular Grosfillex product lines. We only save the identifiable information associated with those submissions in order to respond to those requests for sales contacts.
- Job Applications: From time to time, Grosfillex may accept electronic submissions of resumes and cover letters from job applicants in response to the posting of vacant job positions. We will use the information provided in on-line submissions of cover letters and/or resumes for the sole purpose of filling the specific position applied for by the job applicant. After this position is filled, we will retain the information submitted for the period of time required by applicable law. During this retention period, the application will be considered inactive, and the applicant will be considered for other positions only if s/he submits an additional application for those specific positions. We will not release information submitted in on-line job applications to third parties except to appropriate governmental authorities or other entities when such release is required by law.
- Other Features: From time to time there may be other features available on our web site which may require a visitor to voluntarily submit some personally identifiable information to use the feature. We only use the information submitted to provide the feature.
